1 cup beef broth
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
2.Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3.Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
4.Add tomato paste, sweet potatoes, spices, diced tomatoes, and broth. Stir to combine.
5.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and chili is thickened.
6.Taste and adjust seasoning. Top as desired and serve hot.
