Returns & Refunds Policy

At Paleo Pulse, every item is made just for you the moment you place an order. That means less waste, a lower environmental footprint—and no dusty inventory. Because our merchandise is print-on-demand, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
That said, we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong. Read on for the details.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or size-related replacements. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or materially flawed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund—at no additional cost to you.
To qualify:
- Email support@paleopulse.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the item, the packaging, and any damage or printing errors
- Include your order number in the subject line
We’ll review the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- First, check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier
- Then contact us at support@paleopulse.com within 10 days of the marked delivery date
While we can’t control the carrier’s actions, we’ll do our best to help locate your order or explore a one-time replacement.
4. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they’re in progress.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to product damage or error:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
